How to Hype Up & Supercharge Your Coffee

I started drinking coffee sophomore year of college and it’s fair to say that I’ve been hooked ever since. Here’s the recipe:

  • 1-2 cups of coffee (organic and black)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (grass-fed preferably)
  • 1 teaspoon of MCT oil or coconut oil

Pour it all together in a blender and mix for 20-30 seconds. You will be left with a stunning, latte-like mixture that smells and tastes amazing. The reason why this mix works so well is because 1. Butter contains saturated fats, which benefit the body by providing energy and 2. Coconut oil increases our metabolism and helps to boost natural energy.

So there you have it, a simple recipe that will help you wake up feeling brighter and rejuvenated starting tomorrow morning (or hopefully today!).
